Any Indian citizen who has attained the age of 18 years is eligible to become a member, provided they:
- Have not been involved in any terrorist or anti-national activities, and
- Have not been convicted of any serious criminal offence.
To apply for membership:
- Download the application form from the club’s website.
- Fill in the required details.
- Submit the form to the Secretary along with:
- A recommendation from an existing member of the club, or
- A self-prepared personal profile (if a recommendation is not available).
- Enclose the prescribed membership fee (as determined by the club for the relevant term) in the form of a cheque or demand draft.
Members are entitled to:
- Access the club premises, and
- Use the club’s facilities without discrimination, subject to club rules.
Yes. The club has affiliations with several reputed clubs within Kerala and across India. A list of affiliated clubs is available on the website.
Not always. Access depends on:
- Mutual agreements between the clubs, and
- The rules and policies of the host club.
Each affiliated club grants access according to its own regulations, although general guidelines are usually followed.
Members may use facilities permitted under the host club’s rules. However:
- They are treated as guests, not full members.
- They should not expect privileges beyond those granted to the host club’s members.
- Members must strictly follow the rules and maintain proper conduct.
Important: If a member is reported for misconduct, legal violations, or criminal activity by an affiliated club:
- Their membership will be immediately suspended, and
- The information may be shared with other affiliated clubs.
This ensures mutual respect and protects the rights of all members.
Yes, subject to the following conditions:
- The individual must resolve the issue with the concerned (host) club at his own responsibility.
- Clearance must be obtained from the club that reported the issue.
Once these conditions are met, membership may be reinstated.
